Strategic Transformations Advisory Pte Ltd was founded in Singapore to bring Fortune 500-grade transformation, cybersecurity, and program leadership to organizations that don’t have a Fortune 500 budget for it, and to train the professionals who will run it.
Our Story
Why we started
After two decades leading technology and transformation programs inside Fortune 500 enterprises, spanning enterprise application delivery, identity and access management, digital transformation, and program and portfolio management, a pattern became impossible to ignore: the organizations that most needed disciplined transformation leadership were the least likely to have access to it. Enterprise-grade advisory was priced and structured for enterprises, and mid-sized organizations were left to navigate AI adoption, cybersecurity hardening, and data privacy compliance largely on their own.
At the same time, a second gap was widening. Government grant schemes such as Singapore’s Productivity Solutions Grant and Enterprise Development Grant exist precisely to fund this kind of transformation work, but grant literacy and transformation expertise are rarely found in the same place. Most consultancies treat grant applications as an administrative afterthought handled by a separate specialist, disconnected from the technical scope of the work itself. That disconnect costs organizations funding they are entitled to.
Strategic Transformations Advisory was founded to close both gaps at once: to bring enterprise-grade advisory in AI transformation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data privacy to organizations of any size, with Singapore government grant strategy integrated into the engagement from the first conversation, and to train the individuals and teams who will carry that capability forward through globally recognized certifications.
